This project contains the construction of double track line, modernization, electrification of the Thenia and Bordj Bou Arreridj line. The design and construction of the line, the arrangement of the existing lines and the new lines, connection lines, civil works, infrastructure works, technical and commercial buildings, installations of the stations are under commitment of the Partnership. Total length of the line is 170 km, in this project there are 18 tunnels, 39 viaducts. The total length of the tunnels is 21,390 m, the total length of the viaducts is 22,280 m.
